Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Casa Orilla Galápagos, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, while allowing us to manage our limited accommodation availability efficiently.
Standard Cancellation Terms

| Between 14 and 7 days | 30% of total stay |
| Less than 7 days | 100% of total stay |
No-Show Policy
If a guest does not arrive and no prior notice is given, the full value of the stay will be charged as a cancellation penalty. This includes all confirmed reservations where the guest fails to check in on the scheduled date.

For any modification, availability check, or cancellation request, we kindly ask guests to contact us directly.
Important Notes
Refunds (when applicable) will be processed via the original payment method.
Any bank or transfer fees related to refunds are the responsibility of the guest.
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, flight cancellations), Casa Orilla may evaluate each case individually and offer alternative dates if possible.
